FAQ

Good questions.

What sizes do prints come in?

Four sizes, all in a 4:5 ratio: 12 × 15", 16 × 20", 24 × 30" and 32 × 40". The artwork looks the same in every size, just bigger or smaller.

What are the prints printed on?

Every print is printed to order on gloss paper, for rich color and deep blacks.

Do prints come framed?

Not yet. All prints ship unframed. 16 × 20" and 24 × 30" fit standard ready-made frames. 12 × 15" and 32 × 40" are less common sizes, so look for a custom frame or a larger frame with a mat.

How long until my order ships?

Every print is made to order just for you. We aim to ship within 3 business days. Choose Express at checkout and we'll ship it the same business day.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $12 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. Express shipping is $18 and ships the same business day. We currently ship within the US only.

How are prints packaged?

Rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube, so they arrive crease-free.

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?

Add any three prints to your cart and the smallest one is free, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Mix any designs and sizes. Every set of three gets another free print.

Can I return a print?

Yes. Unopened prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original sealed tube. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive it, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
