Welcome to OddMatter. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

OddMatter is an online store selling art prints by independent artists. These terms apply to everyone who visits the site or buys from us.

2. Eligibility and shipping area

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Our products

Every print is printed to order. We do our best to show colors accurately, but colors can look slightly different on different screens and in print. Prints ship unframed unless stated otherwise.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Promotions

Promotions such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free apply automatically at checkout as described on the site. We may change or end promotions at any time. Promotions can't be redeemed for cash.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, rates, and our return process are explained in our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All artwork, images, text, and branding on this site belong to OddMatter or the artists we work with. Buying a print gives you the right to display it for personal use. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, resell, or use the artwork commercially.

8. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with how it works, scraping content, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, OddMatter isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
