Returns
We accept returns of unopened prints within 30 days of delivery. Prints must be in their original, sealed shipping tube.
To start a return, DM us on Instagram at @oddmatter.nyc with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable service, since we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return part of an order that used Buy 2, Get 1 Free, your refund reflects the discounted price of the items returned.
Damaged or misprinted prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing error, DM us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the print and the packaging, and we'll send a free replacement.
Non-returnable items
Opened prints can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or misprinted.
